The story
Started in a support queue
Before Nimbus, our founders ran support at a payments company — 40,000 tickets a month, most of them duplicate charges, address changes, and "where is my refund?". The deflection tools they bought closed tickets without solving problems, and customers noticed.
So they built an agent that could actually finish the job: look up the invoice, issue the refund, tell the customer, and log every step for the humans reviewing it. Resolution rates went up, escalations went down, and the support team finally got to work on the hard cases.
That internal tool became Nimbus. Today it resolves over a million conversations a year for teams who refuse to choose between speed and actually helping people.
Values
How we work
Resolution over deflection
A closed ticket is not a resolved problem. We measure our agents on outcomes the customer would sign off on — refunds issued, orders fixed, questions actually answered.
Safe by default
Every action an agent takes is scoped, logged, and reversible. Escalation to a human is a feature, not a failure mode.
Ship weekly
Support moves fast and so do we. Improvements land every week, documented in the changelog — no silent regressions.
